I get the emails in my inbox, but the sender still gets an error message (undeliverable)

Remote server returned '554 5.3.2 < #5.3.2 smtp;532 5.3.2 STOREDRV.Deliver; Missing or bad mailbox Database property>Generating server: BY1P221MB1321.NAMP221.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM

Do you have any idea on how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

Based on my research on the error "532 5.3.2 STOREDRV.Deliver; Missing or bad mailbox Database property", i found a similar known issue as yours, which mentioned that:

This issue occurs because the Address Book Policy Routing agent cannot resolve the recipient object that is hidden from the GAL in an Exchange Server 2013 environment.
