how to delete the storage account which is struck while creating

i was creating a storage account on azure portal which was not fully created ... i can not use it now or neither i can delete it or recover it. i want to delete that account any of please help.. or anyone tell me how can i contact to microsoft and raise ticket so that atleast they delete my storage account permanently

@Naziya Anjum Did you see any errors for the storage account not being fully created on Azure portal? Did you try deleting it using Azure CLI or PowerShell?

If none of this works, raising a support ticket is the recommended route.
To Raise a support Ticket:

• Go to the Azure Portal.
• Click on the Help + support option in the left-hand menu.
• Select New support request.
• Follow the prompts to create a support ticket explaining your issue.
