Two Fridays ago, I turned off my computer completely. On the following Monday, when I turned it on I had no sound. After many hours of no success, I reset my computer back to the following Friday. On Tuesday morning I had sound, but I cannot access any videos that I have created and need to share. I thought it was an issue with my programs (Camtasia and Audiate) but after several weeks of working with their IT, it seems that everyone else can open my videos just not me. When I try this box appears:

Class Not Registered

I am going crazy! What does this mean

    Hi,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

What version of OS you are using? This issue may be related to your user profile. We can try to create a new user and see if we can access the videos. Can we open videos with any other users that log in your computer?

Could you please share the error screenshot?

Thanks for your time. Have a nice day!

    Best regards,

    Simon
