I'm asking if it is possible to read the official documentation during the exam or it is strictly closed-book.

Hey Davide. I dont think it is open book as in you can visit any website on the internet. In saying that, the exam tool allows you to access Microsoft Learn more details here. there is a screenshot in this blog showing how Microsoft Learn page looks like in the exam. https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-learn-blog/introducing-a-new-resource-for-all-role-based-microsoft/ba-p/3500870

You do have access to the Microsoft Learn content - including the AI documentation - on every non-Fundamentals exam.
