Azure Update Manager - No Updates Data recurring issue

Question

Hi all, I am having no end of issues with Azure Update Manager and on premises Windows and Linux servers.

I am frequently having to spend hours restarting and/or removing and completely reinstalling the Arc Agent or Azure Update Manager extensions only for the servers to go back to "No Updates Data" within 24 hours or so.

Often when this happens the machines will be sitting there with extensions in "updating" or "creating" state. Sometimes just restarting the extension service fixes it but this should not need to be done.

I have tried many things to resolve this issue to no avail.

Uninstalling Extensions.
Removing Agent and totally deleting all files plus removing the machine from Arc and starting from scratch.
Disabled auto extension updates.

Has anyone else had these issues? it is basically unusable.
