I submitted a couple of requested documents for Identity validation but got rejected with no explanation. The documents included
articles of incorporation, government issued letter, registration.
How do I get explanation for the document rejected since they fall within the azure recommendation. What documents are needed for the identity validation?

The validation team's response: The documents do not match the information you entered for your account. [Entity details are mismatched] if it is not the possible to provide additional documentation please update your account information to match any legal documents already provded or your official Company registration details. All documents submitted must be issued within the previous 12 months or where the expiration date is a future date that is atleast two months away.
@Meha-MSFT The account was initially created in the parent company's name hence the entity mismatched. What document can I provide to clear this misunderstanding?
@Meha-MSFT Yes, the document I provided had the domain invoice renewal of the child company and not the parent company.

All docuemnts submitted must be issued within the previous 12 months or where the expiration date is a future date that is at least two months away.
