Dynamics 365 CS channel with chat

Hello,

I've installed a demo version of Dynamics 365 and have had created a chat channel. I am not getting any chat request notifications from visitors in omnichannel customer service. The conversations section shows a message in the queue but again when I click on it, I get "The conversation records are view only and cannot open. The conversation records are view only and cannot open." Does anyone have any solution? Thank you Seb

    Hi We are also facing the same issue.. whenever a chat request comes after clicking accept the chat, the message goes to the inbox and when i try to open the chat it shows the message "The conversation records are view only and cannot open. The conversation records are view only and cannot open." because of which i cannot able to open the agent chat user interface where we can able to send message and see the received messages from customers.
