Why dont I receive password reset email from accounts?

I'm not receiving password reset emails from company's I deal with when I forget or lost the password. I've done this with several company websites and never get their email. I deleted all the rules in Outlook and that didnt matter. I check junk folder too.

    Is your account a Microsoft account?

    If you know your password, but just want to change it, go to account.microsoft.com Security tab, and select Change my password.
