I understand that you are not able to access your tenant because the tenant has been blocked for inactivity.
The only way to get this reactivated is through the Global Support Team by contacting them via the global support phone numbers you have used.
However, since you mentioned the inactivity has been over 20 days, please be informed that tenants that remain in this state for longer than 20 days will be deleted.

My advice is to wait for the team's response and not submit additional requests.
