Please kindly try below steps to troubleshoot the issue:
1.Check if the connection support and is configured with SMB Encryption.
2.Check the firewall and network rules and make sure the traffic is normal.
3.Check if the TCP.Port 445 is open on the network.
4.Check if SMB service is running and listening well.
5.Check the DNS configuration and make sure it's working properly.
