We started a process for validating our company's identity in order to perform a trusted code signing, but the identity validation request failed. We received the following email:
"This email is to notify you that the identity validation status for Datawire, Inc. d/b/a Ambassador (Subscription ID cbbfcff1-a4e6-4a1b-9d3d-48e9bbb039bb) has been updated to Validation Fail status."
I was unable to see any reasons for why the identity validation failed after we provided all the necessary documents. Can someone look this case up and provide us with the reasons for the failure?
