    Hi @Vidhi Jaiswal

Is there any error message when the user sign in account to Office?

Is this user using Office desktop Apps?

I suggest you let this user sign into portal subscriptions page. Check whether there is "The latest desktop version of Office" listed.

If yes, please use the tool to remove previous licenses and cached account information:

    • Close all Office apps.
    • Download the OLicenseCleanup.zip file, extract the OLicenseCleanup.vbs script, and run it using elevated permissions.
    • Launch one Office app and sign in account.

If not, please let the administrator assign the correct license to this user.
