Is there any error message when the user sign in account to Office?
Is this user using Office desktop Apps?
I suggest you let this user sign into portal subscriptions page. Check whether there is "The latest desktop version of Office
" listed.
If yes, please use the tool to remove previous licenses and cached account information:
- Close all Office apps.
- Download the OLicenseCleanup.zip file, extract the OLicenseCleanup.vbs script, and run it using elevated permissions.
- Launch one Office app and sign in account.
If not, please let the administrator assign the correct license to this user.
