Permission issues with Storage Account while I'm trying to open my Project in Language Studio

Hi!

I created a Azure Language resource in my environment and linked it to a Storage Account. This Azure Language has a Managed Identity, to which I gave the following permissions within Storage Account: Contributor, Reader and Storage Blob Data Owner. I gave these permissions in order to resolve the error of the prints above. Unfortunately, the error persists. Also, the Storage Account has no restrictions on its Network configuration. Can anyone help me with this issue? Thanks!

Please add the 'Storage Blob Data Contributor' role, it should resolve this issue.

Please go to Azure Portal, go to the storage account you connected to your Azure Language resource, on the left panel, select Access Control, click the Add button and add the role as the second screenshot.

Add 'storage blob data contributor' role for the user on the storage account even though you are the owner of the storage account.

Hi, Ashok! Sorry for the delay.

So, I added the permission you mentioned above, and unfortunately the same error persists. I tried other combinations like Contributor and Reader (keeping the above storage permissions), and the error still persists. Thank you in advance for your support!

Hi Pyerre Marcos Goulart Silva , Thank you again for your time and patience throughout this issue. Sometimes, permission changes may not work immediately due to token aggregation. Update the token or restart the Azure Language object and verify that the new license is applied

Ensure that the appropriate identity managed component has the appropriate roles assigned. Double check that the roles (helper, reader, and storage blob data owner) are assigned an identity that is managed at the storage account level and not higher-low scope Although you mentioned that the Storage Account has no restrictions on the network configuration, it is worth checking if the network configuration allows access from Azure Language resources Check if a virtual network or firewall is configured to allow traffic from identity in the maintenance area. Sometimes it takes a few minutes for warrants to expand. If you just assigned the assignments, wait for a while and then try to login to the Storage Account again.

Verify that the managed identity is properly configured and enabled. You can verify this in the Azure portal under the Identity section of your Azure Language resource
