I have the following code:

And I got an error:
I want to explore what is happen in CRecordset::GetFieldValue method, using debugging step by step: F10. But I cannot reach MFC CRecordset::GetFieldValue code at all, with or without this option checked:

Have you tried using the Call Stack to see where the problem originated?

Can you provide an example that reproduces the problem?
So, the VS does not enter in MFC code, either if "Just Enable My Code" is unchecked or not. I suspect this is happen because I am working on a company laptop and I am not administrator?! I don't know for sure ...
For other issue, why I got that error at GetFieldValue method, is because the application does not select the database at the first connection, but this is follow to test though ...

FYI, I have always been able to debug into MFC source code using symbol files when running without elevated administrator privileges.
@RLWA32 Why VS 2022 still not going through VS code with or without Enable Just My code option, remain an enigma :D
And that piece of code, GetFieldValue, got that error because of ODBC driver (I connected on DB via OBDC), the ODBC driver doesn't support MultiByte Character Set, just UNICODE.

In my VS2022 I can step into MFC functions without a problem. I have set the VS2022 debugging options to use the Microsoft symbol server and load symbols for all modules.
