How to get live transcript from teams meeting using JavaScript or Teams SDK

I want to build an app that can join Teams meetings and in real-time get the transcription of each user. And based on those transcripts I will get some insights and summaries. I want to do it not manually but automatically by calling API or SDK. What should I do or research to accomplish that? I could not find useful information on the internet. I want to both join team meetings and get real-time transcription from that meeting, not from the microphone.
