How to regain access to my organization's Microsoft account?

By mistake, I denied access for my organization's Microsoft account to my main device through the Microsoft authenticator. Now I am unable to gain access in any devices

Thanks for your question.

You need to contact your organization's administrator to help you with this as they can re-require MFA for you which will prompt you to register.
