Follow the below steps:
Check Windows Information Protection (WIP) Settings:
- 1.Go to portal.azure.com.
- 2.Navigate to Microsoft Entra ID > Mobility (MDM and WIP) > Microsoft Intune.
- 3.Set the “Windows Information Protection (WIP) user scope” to "None".
Or you can try below solution as well.
This refers to some issue with the DNS service running on the machine, check if you are able to resolve to enrollment.manage.microsoft.com site This issue is commonly seen when you're managing your own DNS, and the machine is unable to reach the site. I recommend you start with DNS troubleshooting.
