Is Twilio Sendgrid part of Azure's benefits to startups?
I can't seem to find it there, though I could've sworn I saw it there a few days ago.
Can someone help me clarify?

    Twilio SendGrid is not part of Azure's benefits to startups, Instead, Azure offers its own communication services called Azure Communication Services, which provides similar functionalit. Azure Communication Services includes:

    • Voice and video calling
    • Chat capabilities
    • SMS messaging
    • Email services
