I'm not quite sure what is meant by engagement score. I have checked my azure architecture, I believe have tried almost every kind of resource there is. I've gone through the "build with AI" examples, actually having some trouble making them work - but that is a separate post. Just curious, are there any tips for me to engage further? Thank you!

There are various ways to improve which include:

Try out different Azure services beyond what you’re currently using;
Contribute to Azure forums like Microsoft Q&A or Stack Overflow
eploying applications to Azure services

The Engagement score tracks how actively you’re using Azure and reflects your growing partnership with us.

You can mark it 'Accept Answer' and 'Upvote' if this helped you

Thanks. There is a video on the page in the link you referenced, but it simply says "youtube is not available on this device".

How can I improve my Engagement score? Keep building! Evaluate how you might deepen your Azure Engagement score. Ideas include:

Revisit your Azure infrastructure.

Evaluate AI features in the Build with AI tab.

Explore more business tools in the Benefits tab of Founders Hub.

Pair with an Azure engineer to get advice on your solution.

Hi brtach - the video in the source isn't working (says "youtube not available on this device"). As for the bullets, I've tried all of these, and there isn't a way to know if I'm making any progress on my engagement score. I've had meetings with Azure engineers, have tried the AI features in build with AI tab, have tinkered extensively with my azure services using the azure portal, and have redeemed a number of benefits. I feel like I'm missing something obvious...

This is so vague and the fact that it is now a mandatory part of the Microsoft for Founders credit program makes this completely inadequate and needing serious resource and review. It should never have been rolled out like it was and Microsoft could have tried to focus on, I don't know, engagement with users beforehand to ensure that it would not cause this much frustration and confusion.

Our azure credits run out in February, we will have met all of the requirements to get to the next level, but it is also showing that we need to improve our engagement score. It's not really clear how frequently that score gets updated, if we add some new benefit can we expect the engagement score to be updated the next day. I saw on some help threads that you have to wait 45 days for the engagement score to be reviewed.

We are using lots of Microsoft benefits, we have trialled out some AI features. It would be good to know what metrics this score is based on and how do we meet it, for example do you need a certain amount of VM's installed, do you need to have your plant reviewed by an Azure expert? Any help would be hugely appreciated
