Please try the suggestions below:
1.Check Default Audio Device
Ensure that your headphones are set as the default audio device:
- Right-click the sound icon in the taskbar and select Sound settings.
- Under Output, select your headphones and click Set as Default.
2. Run the Audio Troubleshooter
Windows 11 has a built-in troubleshooter that can help identify and fix audio issues:
- Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
- Find Playing Audio and click Run.
3. Disable Audio Enhancements
Audio enhancements can sometimes cause issues:
- Right-click the sound icon in the taskbar and select Sound settings.
- Under Output, select your headphones and click Device properties.
- Go to the Enhancements tab and check Disable all enhancements.
