It also supports creating custom forms and workflows:
Microsoft Forms: Use Microsoft Forms to create a work order submission form. Employees can submit work orders by filling out the form.
Power Automate: Combined with Power Automate, you can automate the assignment and notification process of work orders. For example, when someone submits a work order, automatically assign it to a specific team member and send a notification.
