Good afternoon, my name is Frederick and I'm housing operations coordinator. I would like to start using Microsoft Teams as a ticketing system; if that is possible. Can you point me in the right direction so someone can help me set that up. Our school currently has a Microsoft office 365 license.

I also have additional questions about the resources from Microsoft that I would like to learn how to utilize, to make my job more efficient. Thank you.

    Could you please tell me what your needs are for using Microsoft Teams as a work order system?

    Microsoft Teams supports Planner and Shifts apps to create a Planner plan for tracking and managing work orders, or Shifts to manage the organization's shift schedule.

    It also supports creating custom forms and workflows:

    Microsoft Forms: Use Microsoft Forms to create a work order submission form. Employees can submit work orders by filling out the form.

    Power Automate: Combined with Power Automate, you can automate the assignment and notification process of work orders. For example, when someone submits a work order, automatically assign it to a specific team member and send a notification.
