After a clean re-installation & reset of Windows 11 (Home), the Microsoft Store cannot download anything game related. There is nowhere for it to download to, where are the 'games' supposed to be downloaded to (what folder/file location)?

The installation was downloaded during the reset (web download, not local restore)

Apparently before the re-installation of Windows, the system had made a "XboxGames" folder and ".GamingRoot" file in my secondary drive. When the system reinstalled, I believe that the system did not create the folder and file because it was already accessible from another drive. All I did was copy & paste into the (C:) drive and restart, it now registers the (C:) drive as an installation location.
