that error is due to usage and happens if copilot is used too many times in succession. if after 10 minutes you get the same error then you have used it to many times and need to have it checked in dynamics admin center and purchase more resources.

I have a subscription to copilot pro, I pay 22 $ a month, and I have the same problem with think deeper that suddenly disappeared. Are you telling me that having a subscription is not enough, and I should pay again to see it come back?!

first do you have access to your admin portal?
if yes go to your copilot settings and check what your values and or limits are.

if not then your tech admin needs to help further.
now if you're within your amount then you need to open a ticket with Microsoft and the copilot team will assist you. let them know what error you are getting and any logs you might have.

The use of Think Deeper is limited to a weekly number of messages. The exact amount depends on how many other Copilot Pro subscribers are using the feature at the same time. You will receive a message when the capacity is not available or when you have reached your limit for the week.
This is truly absurd and unfair.
You cannot pay for a subscription and then have to find yourself in these problems that you do not understand why, and then find out that you have a limited function.

Here, same problem. I have asked to clean cache files, but it didn't work. I still can't use my copliot think deeper function, that's only reason I pay for.
