Why does "Configuration Manager Notification" warn us that we need to update "SQL" if our installation is version 2019 ?

Is anyone else receiving this notification despite having a supported version of SQL installed and not close to the end of support?

I too have this issue, SQL 2019 (15.0.4410.1)
SUSDB, Reporting Server and CM DB, all using the same instance
Nothing indicating 2016 installed (except for native client and "management Objects"

You are going to want to upgrade the native client too.
Are you running CU5? Have you reviewed the logs to confirm exactly which instance of SQL it is looking at, e.g. WSUS vs ConfigMgr vs SSRS?
