Microsoft Surface Pro 7 with Windows 11 enterprise, running the Azure Backup MARS agent gives me the following error,SnapInError

Unhandled exception in Managed Code Snap-in

I have tried all the following recommended solutions but error still persists,

  1. Reinstalled Windows 11 enterprise
  2. Edited the registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MMC\SnapIns. and deleted the CLSID folder
  3. Made sure that .NET Framework 3.5 is installed
  4. Renamed the mmc.exe in C:\Windows\System32 and ran the sfc /scannow to check and repair corrupted system files.

Please help, I need to setup the Azure backup !
