Hello,

I am trying to deploy a Chat from Azure AI Foundry| Azure OpenAI Service. In the Chat Playground view, I have an option to select "Deploy" -> "... as a web app," but when I click the second step, nothing happens. I tried to deploy the app a few days earlier, which failed, and since then, I have constantly had a message displayed that some app is during a deployment. Since then, nothing has happened—the message always appears, and deploying a new app isn't possible.

I tried to wait some time and to change deployment models.

Please help me in that matter. User's image

    Troubleshooting Steps:

    • Check if the subscription has sufficient quotas for resources in the selected region through Usage + quotas in the Azure portal.
    • Clear browser cache and cookies or use incognito/private mode to remove stale session data.
    • Ensure the selected model is supported in the deployment region by checking Azure regional availability.
    • Create a new chat instance in the Chat Playground and try deploying again.

If you continue to face issues, kindly provide the following details to assist further:

    • The region where you are attempting the deployment.
    • Any error messages or logs encountered during the process.
