Export Process Stopped with Exception Message

The export process is halted with the following message:

stopped-Extension-dll-exception

What are the possible solutions to fix this issue?

    Hi @Richard Y

    It seems an authentication issue on service account used to connect on Entra ID.
    Check the log in Entra ID for this account and if there is any password change or Conditional access applied on this account to enable MFA. This account must be excluded from MFA CA:

    azure-ad-sync-stopped-extension-dll-exception-02
