The internet wi-fi button will not show up in settings

The keyboard got fixed due to update issues, but after reinstalling the operating system, why can’t I connect to the wi-fi?
What I have is Windows 11, I go to settings and I go to Network & internet. It says “You aren’t connected to any networks” and that the ethernet is not connected.

Is Airplane Mode not enabled? Have you tried wired? In the device manager, are the Wifi and Ethernet card present and up to date?
