Win11 Start layout Using Start2.bin

I am planning to upgrade Win10 to Win11 for my organization but I need to use same start layout. I have domain environment with group policy in effect for start menu layout. As I go through customized start layout procedure I found JSON file needed to map but its only for MDM users.

What about local group policy start layout procedure for Win11
