How to fix blocked network resources.

We are currently facing an urgent issue with our network access. When attempting to access resources on our company network, we are met with a login screen. Our usual login credentials, which work for our computers, are no longer effective. The network folder we are trying to access is not on a device connected to a Domain Controller; our AD is through the cloud. The computer hosting the folder is a standard Windows 10 Pro machine with no network settings modifications.

It's a bit of a puzzle, as only certain people in the office can access it while everyone else is getting locked out. I've already tried changing the GPO and Registry Keys to allow insecure guest authorization, but to no avail. Right now, I'm considering that something is wrong with Windows Hello, and we need to either turn it off or change the PINs.

Any immediate assistance or ideas that could help us resolve this issue are greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
