One drive files not viewable

Hello,

Please help me as I just figured out my onedrive account was disabled due to inactivity for some time. It has been reenabled but now the files are not viewable. I already reached out to 2 teams and the last one said they couldn't help me and suggest me reach out to you guys here.

Hi @Dung Luu

Any account that has been locked for more than two years will also be considered "inactive" and will be closed. According to the section (4)(a)(iv)(2) of the MSA, the OneDrive files of a closed Microsoft account will be deleted.

I'd love to help you, but the resources on Q&A forum are limited, if these files are deleted, we can't help you recover them.
