how do i fix the age restriction issue,i am above 13 years old

hello! I Have been using microsoft copilot for some time and i love it,although it sometimes fails. But recently,i don't know how,copilot stopped working on microsoft edge,it says "Age restriction" and it only gives me the option to sign in with another account,but i am above 13 years old and Microsoft already knows that. When i tried to state my real birth date(wich says that i am above 13 years old),it doesn't redirect me back to copilot and just says that my information is saved and + i still can't use copilot
