I have been having a problem with bluescreens for several months. Sometimes every day, sometimes every few days. I can't connect them to any specific activity.

  • netio.sys
  • DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

I have tried:

  • Replace the power supply
  • Replace the RAM
  • Replace the hard drive
  • Reinstall the operating system
  • Remove the external graphics card
  • Disable the built-in network and use the external (USB) one
  • Reset the bios settings

It seems to me that there is not much more that can be done.

    Hello,

    1. Since the error is related to netio.sys, please try to update the network driver from the device manufacturer website.
    2. Ensure the machine is up to date.
    3. I noticed we have performed a clean installation, have we installed any third party software after reinstallation especially the third party antivirus software?
    4. Was the bsod code the same every time?

If the issue occurred after a clean installation and the BSOD code was different, we may consider a hardware issue.

    Best Regards,

    Hania Lian
