By the time 02/07/2025 it's still in preview version.

    The GPT-4o Realtime API for speech and audio is currently in public preview, and unfortunately, Microsoft has not yet announced a release date for GPT-4o Realtime API for speech and audio available in production. The preview is provided without a service-level agreement.

    However, you can keep an eye on the Azure OpenAI Speech Service release notes for updates on What's new in Azure OpenAI Speech Service page will be updated accordingly with more details.
