Hello Technical Support Team,

Our startup recently joined the Microsoft for Startups program, and we recently attempted to claim the $5,000 in Azure credits to our company's Azure account. However, the credits are not appearing in the Azure dashboard. The Azure account is associated with the email ******@gmail.com. Can you please assist us in resolving this issue?

Thank you, NeuronLabs Team

    Hello @Mihir Menon ,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

To resolve the issue of Azure credits not appearing in your Azure dashboard, please ensure that the Azure account associated with your Founders Hub credits is correctly set up. Sign in to the Azure portal using the email address linked to your Founders Hub credits, then navigate to the "Subscriptions" section and select "Add". Look for "Microsoft Azure Sponsorship" and click on "Check eligibility" to verify your account's eligibility for the credits. If the credits still do not appear after these steps, you may need to collaborate with a billing engineer to ensure that your credits are properly assigned to the correct account. Could you please create a support ticket with the billing team here.

Please reach out to us if you have any queries.
