If your request for additional credits was not approved, it may be due to a few common reasons, such as difficulties accessing your website or demo video, or issues with the additional links provided for verification.
For reference: Azure credit offer of $25,000 or more
If you have already submitted a request for more credits, we kindly ask you to share the support ticket number with us. This will help us review your request internally and assist you more effectively in resolving the issue.
