I bought 400 robux on the X box website for my PC using my Microsoft gift card, and logged into my account using the x box app on my PC and I did not receive the robux, so I went to see if I got a code in my email, I did not, so I tried to refund it but it denied my request. Please tell me how I can get my robux.

Hi, can you check your junk mail folder to see if the email went to junk mail?

Also, I've seen some types of gift cards from Bing Rewards take almost 24 hours to arrive, so you may just need to be patient.

I checked the junk mail, but it was not there, and i did not purchase it from bing rewards, i purchased the robux from the x box website, and i used the x box app to launch roblox, but i did not get the robux. thank you anyways, it was still a helpful answer for other rewards. actually, it might be because i had to request to make the purchase from my Microsoft family manager, and he did not accept it, but when i tried again it let me proceed, so maybe that is why it did not work.

this happend to me i cjecked junk ail but it was only the reciept and i got denied a refund what do i do now
