Unable to log in to Outlook New UI on Mac for On-Prem Exchange Account

Hi Team,

I am encountering an issue with logging into Outlook's new UI on my Mac with an on-premises Exchange account. When attempting to log in, I receive the following error message:

"Unable to log in. Please check your incoming server settings including server name, port, and security protocol."

Interestingly, I am able to log in to the same account without any issues in the legacy version of Outlook. and on browsers as well.

Could you please assist with troubleshooting this problem?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

    How did you add your account? And what is the account type did you configure? (Exchange/IMAP/POP?)

    In addition, please make sure your environment meets the following requirements:User's image
