Very high numbers of Hot LRS write operations

Seen this post

Compared to my setup but no definate answer.

How can I find out the cause of so many Hot LRS write operations?

I am using the file share for FSLogix profiles.

Thank you for your post MS Q&A!

As I read you are using file share for FSLogix profiles. You are seeing lot of HOT LRS write.

Current replication must be for below)-- (This are the areas to explore to find what data is being replicated.--

• Profile Containers ( High Number of profile/users/ all profile Folder being replicated -- can be one of reason) - one of major areas of exploration
• Office Container ( Data size here including frequency of changes can be one of reason) : you may need to explore here
• Application Masking ( App Data changes can be one of cause)

Few of key things to control LRS writes/costs

• Key target is to Reduce Write transactions :: Example : Enable folder exclusions like downloads /etc via redirections.xml for browser like IE/Mozilla / google chrome cache
• If DFS being used -- remove DFS for VHDLocations
