I cannot view my Bitlocker Recovery Keys on my Microsoft account. It has been like this for 4 days. I spoke to support and they told me I would have to wait for this bug to fix itself. I just wanted to bring this to the attention of more people in the hope that it may be resolved sooner. I have been locked out of my device after my laptop battery died and even tough I recorded the recovery keys bitlocker is saying they are invalid stranglely. So, my only hope before resetting the operating system is to view the information on my account if it becomes available. When I try to view the keys on my MS account I am given a message saying check back later or contact support (pic). Fustrating to be locked out of my system after trying to do everything right.  Anything I can do to least view the keys on my account, notify MS some other way, or just wait?

I have already tried, clearing history, other browsers, incognito, other operating systems, etc.

    Hello,

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with accessing your BitLocker Recovery Keys on your Microsoft account. This issue may be related to a bug that Microsoft is currently working to resolve. Unfortunately, there is no immediate solution to this issue, but to wait.

    Best Regards,

    Hania Lian

Would there be anywhere like twitter where MS might make announcements about bugs or the status of their systems?
