Just got a new computer for word and when I downloaded Microsoft Word there is a terrible Copilot greyed out logo next to the text, pictured below.
This is very annoying, and I have no interest in utilizing copilot for my job. I also don't have a copilot option under settings that allows me to uncheck this feature. Copied below is a picture of the settings I can change in the "options" section. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Hi @DVan
Could you please go to Word, click Account, under Product Information, check the Office product name and update channel (Current Channel or Semi-Annual Enterprise Channel (Preview) Channel)?
In my opinion, if your Office is not a Microsoft 365 Family and Personal subscription, you need IT remove the Copilot license for you in Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
