Getting "There was a problem reaching this app." after some time on a custom tab in Teams. How can we fix this?

Hi team,

We've developed a web app, and integrated it as a custom tab in Teams, with "personal", "groupChat" and "team" scopes. The tab is initially loading up fine, and we're able to see and interact with the web app properly. However, after a minute or so, we're getting a connectivity error from Teams, saying that there was a problem reaching the app, with a Retry button. Attaching a screenshot of the error. And this is happening every time after ~1 minute.

We'd appreciate any help here, since we've been trying to get this investigated and fixed for quite a while now, but coming up blank every time.

P.S.: It's not a problem with the web app itself, since we tried with a different web app just to check, and we faced the same issue for that one as well.

    I tried to install above, the issue persists.
