Hello,

on learning page https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/introduction-power-apps/5-differentiate-between-canvas-apps-model-driven-apps I'm not able to play videos. Playback Error, we are sorry, but something went wrong error message appears. I tried MS Edge, mobile phone (Firefox), another computer and the result is the same.

Thank you, regards

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A.

Based on the description, I understand your question is related to play video in learning.

Clearing your browser's cache can resolve playback issues. You can do this in the settings menu of your browser.

Check you are using the latest version of your browser. Outdated browsers can sometimes cause compatibility issues.

Some browser extensions can interfere with video playback. Try disabling them temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.

Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Sometimes, network issues can cause playback errors.

Although you've tried multiple browsers, it might still be worth trying another one or updating the ones you've used.

    Have a nice day.

    Best Regards,

    Molly
