The kernel version of a Linux VM intended for replication in Azure requires ASR agent version 9.64. However, the current appliance contains agents only up to version 9.63.

Despite searching, a direct download link for the 9.64 agent installers has not been found. Information regarding the update can be found at the following link, but it does not provide a download option:

A search of the Microsoft Download Center also yielded no results.

Is there a known download link for the newer agent installers?

Thanks!

    Dear Logan Dalke,

Thank you for reaching out regarding the Azure Site Recovery (ASR) Agent version 9.64.

Upon reviewing the information you provided and checking the available resources, it appears that the download link for version 9.64 is not yet publicly listed on the Microsoft Download Center or the update rollup page you referenced. This could be due to a delay in publishing the files or a phased release process.

To obtain the correct version of the ASR agent, we recommend the following steps:

Check the Azure Portal. Navigate to the Recovery Services vault where your replication appliance is registered.

Under Site Recovery Infrastructure, select Configuration Servers and verify if the updated agent version is available for download directly from the portal.

Automated Update. Ensure your replication appliance is connected to the internet and able to receive updates. The ASR agent may update automatically if the system is configured to do so.

    Best regards,

    Alex
