Hello. I have a problem: i can't set wallpaper. Every time I choose wallpaper, system freezes and switches to absolutely black background. I read this topic (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/answers/questions/1879370/desktop-background-photo-disappeared-after-windows) and saw that Christie Franzen have the same problem. Reboot the system didn't help

Next time when it will happen open Event Viewer application error log to find out what went wrong.
Open Command Prompt as Administrator
Type sfc /scannow and press Enter.
Try to change the wallpaper in Safe mode.
A corrupted user profile can cause this issue. Create a new local user account.
Update Graphic card driver.
