I am unable to connect to users via Quick Assist this morning and received the below error message, has anyone had this before or know the fix please?

Error:

Session ended

We ended the connection because the minimum security requirements on the helper side were not met. No need to report this, we're on it.

Uninstall Quick Assist and then reinstall it from Microsoft store.

Ensure your system is up to date.

Make sure no outbound firewall rule is blocking app.

    Alternatively, you may try:

    Remote Help (if using Intune)

    AnyDesk

    TeamViewer

    Zoom / Teams Remote Control
