Hi @Guillaume_Azure Migaszewski ,
Thank you for contacting Q&A Forum. I would like to provide my findings and proposed solution:
It's common for Global Secure Access (GSA) clients to experience slower connections, particularly during tunnel initialization. Several factors can contribute to this, including network routing, endpoint distance, and regional latency.
To improve performance, we generally recommend placing the endpoint closer to your location. This reduces the overall distance your traffic needs to travel, helping minimize latency. Azure provides multiple global regions, and selecting the most geographically suitable endpoint can significantly enhance connection speed.
For a deeper understanding of Azure network latency and best practices, please refer to the official documentation: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/networking/azure-network-latency?tabs=Americas%2CEastUS
If you'd like to investigate the specific factors affecting your traffic, raising a support ticket will allow our technical team to analyze the issue further and provide insights into what might be causing delays.
Kindly let me know if this work for you and please let me know if you have any further question.
If I have answered your question, please accept this as answer as a token of appreciation and don't forget to give a thumbs up for "Was it helpful"!
Best regards,
Eric
