Unable to Access Microsoft 365 Developer Program Sandbox Subscription

I recently signed up for the Microsoft 365 Developer Program under the name Apoorva Vijalapura Srinath, but I received a message stating that I "don't currently qualify for a Microsoft 365 Developer Program sandbox subscription."

I would appreciate your help in understanding the reason for this and what steps I can take to become eligible. I am genuinely interested in using the sandbox environment to explore, develop, and test Microsoft 365 solutions for learning and potential deployment.

Please let me know if any information is required from my side to review or reconsider my eligibility.
