I'm on a new Surface Pro 7 Elite Snapdragon Copilot running Windows 11 Home. I'm trying to use a video filter with a logo in Zoom but Video Filters is greyed out and says, "Your machine does not support Video Filters". Avatars and Studio effects are also greyed out. I tried using OBS studio and it only shows up as a grey screen. I tried the Prism Studio App and it doesn't display the camera.

I'm running the latest version of Zoom, in fact I downloaded the ARM 64bit version and it still doesn't work. Please help.

    Try:

    https://zoom.us/join

Since video filters are explicitly greyed out with a message indicating lack of support, contact Zoom support to confirm whether video filters are supported on ARM-based devices.

OBS Studio and Prism Studio App are not compatible.
