As for url right now, I have the following (each with their status):

https://mydomain.azureedge.net (working as expected) - Azure CDN
https://www.mydomain.com (working as expected) -- GoDaddy domain
http://www.mydomain.com (redirected to https and working as expected)
http://mydomain.com & https://mydomain.com (not redirecting to https://www.mydomain.com)

I see that www.redifly.com is working and redifly.com not
Could you please share Custom domain settings in your Azure web app and DNS A record for redifly.com?

createed the cuastom domain for www.redifly.com and certificate included. I don't understand what DNS A record for redifly.com to be created?

You should have DNS record setup for www.redifly.com in GoDaddy
